This level is meant for people
who feel lost in life

You feel clueless about your future and you feel you have little control over the direction you are going

To visualize this feeling,
imagine yourself lost at sea
Start journey ABOUT LEVEL
Exhausted and barely coping
with endless negative emotions
Others grow, start boasting,
while your life is in slow motion
Your boat is rarely coasting,
worn out with rusty coating
Motionless, you are floating
in oceans of self-loathing
You might feel powerless,
colorless and soulless
You may feel like you haven't succeeded in anything in life up until this point But today you will regain
some of your confidence
by looking at your incredible past
How different things were
during your childhood...
Any doubts you harbored vanished
in the safe haven of your hometown
Your parents knew the tides,
they protected you from the waves
No need for your own vision
under their supervision
You packed your belongings
and cast off into the unknown
out of sight of your guardians
Time to row your own boat
and explore the world by yourself
But you felt you were ready
to stand on your own two feet
The first months were exciting You could set your own rules
Eat, drink, smoke whatever you want
Throw huge parties

Life as an adult was one big adventure
A life of freedom, independency
and no longer treated like a child
Life was fast, fun and fearless
You didn't really think about the future
Your bank account emptied
What are these bills even for?
And where are all the clean towels?!
But then reality struck. Maybe navigating life on your own
wasn't that easy after all...
Did I pick the right studies? What happened to my dreams? With every sunrise
your motivation started to fade
Dark clouds formed
and doubt settled in
Do I really like my job?
Is this it!?
Not only affected this you mentally
but your body is also in a bad shape
Escaping reality through
drugs, alcohol or video games
bingewatching Netflix or YouTube
while finding comfort in comfort food
You developed coping strategies
to distract your mind from all worries
So here you are... What do you do? Take action Wait for someone
to rescue me
Floating around aimlessly
surrounded by darkness
Another day goes by... What do you do? Take action Wait for someone
to rescue me
The days seem to get darker
and still no hero in sight
Another day goes by... What do you do? Take action Wait for someone
to rescue me
Ugh. Why is there still
no one to save me?!
You decide you have had enough
It's time to take action!
As you make up your mind,
a cloud passes to make room
for the moon to shine through,
illuminating your surroundings
Peek over edge
Slowly you lean over
to take a peek over
the edge of your boat
The light of the moon
is just enough to
outline your reflection
Describe what you see
This assignment will help put
the perception of yourself on paper

So, we need a big piece of paper
and a pencil

Ready?
